the location worked well for my plans. it was near bus routes. i enjoyed easy access to transport links. the staff were friendly. the indian menu at the restaurant was enjoyable. i got 20% off as a hotel guest.

the bar closed early some evenings, although it should have been open later.

the bus stops are very close to the hotel entrance, very convenient. i appreciate that breakfast had many choices. staff were always happy to help.

the room looked a little bit tired and outdated. there was NO way to charge my phone near the bed, so inconvenient. the pillows were ordinary.

underwhelming stay

stained bed sheets dirty bathroom mirror

the staff was polite, i must say.

the cleanliness was a problem, i noticed stains on the bed sheets and dark hairs that weren't mine or my wife's, disgusting. a huge cobweb was hanging there, it was ignored. i told reception, they promised to fix it, but when i returned, nothing changed, and the bathroom mirror was still dirty. clearly, they don't bother to clean the room. broken promises.
