the staff was polite, i must say.
the cleanliness was a problem, i noticed stains on the bed sheets and dark hairs that weren't mine or my wife's, disgusting. a huge cobweb was hanging there, it was ignored. i told reception, they promised to fix it, but when i returned, nothing changed, and the bathroom mirror was still dirty. clearly, they don't bother to clean the room. broken promises.
